We're excited to announce that from the first week of February, we will be collaborating with The Foxes Den cafe to bring a weekly in person session to Binfield. Tuesdays 12:30-2:30pm.
If you are struggling with anxiety or depression, support group Depression Xpression are there to provide moral support and a listening ear.
We will be running a couple of art sessions at their monthly Wokingham meet up at Salvation Army Hall and the following week at their Reading monthly meet up.

This is our last time working with MoreArts as they are disbanding the charity soon. We've had a wonderful time collaborating with them over the years and will miss seeing everyone at the local fair and fetes.

Learning to show kindness to oneself during difficult moments (e.g., soothing inner dialogues or journaling about struggles with self-compassion)is a long and deeply reflective practice. In this workshop we can dip our toes into this subject creating personalised affirmations that reinforce self-worth and confidence.
